Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at INNOVATORS TECH SOLUTIONS located in Hyderabad. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with digital marketing including social media, web content writing, web analytics, communication, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Execute and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
- Craft engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
Content Creation and Marketing
- Create and optimize content for the company website, blog, and social media channels to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
- Segment email lists for targeted marketing and track email campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of email content to optimize open and click-through rates.
Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Monitor ad budgets, adjust bidding strategies, and analyze campaign performance.
- Develop ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key KPIs and ROI.
- Identify trends and insights to refine marketing strategies.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in [industry].
- Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
